Guidelines for paper contributions

 


The deadline for submission of extended abstracts  is February 19th 2001. The invited (maximum 10 pages) and poster (maximum 4 pages) contributions  will be printed in a booklet (A4 format, black & white), which will be available during the workshop. They will also be available on the conference web-site.
Papers received after the deadline will not be printed in the booklet.

Extended abstract have to be submitted electronically in pdf, word or ps format to  fltpd.phys@tue.nl.

Please adhere to the guidlines below, while preparing the abstract.
 



  

Paper size: A4
Page margins: left 25mm, right 25mm, top 25mm, bottom 30mm
no header, single column.
Font for title: preferably Times or Times New Roman, 14pts
Font for author names: preferably Times or Times New Roman, 12pts
Font for affiliation: preferably Times or Times New Roman, 12pts, italics
Font for text: preferably Times or Times New Roman, 12pts
Font for figure captions: preferably Times or Times New Roman, 10pts, italics
Line spacing: Single


Word templates can be downloaded for word 97 and word 2000.

Figures
Figures should be embedded in the text and must be black and white.
Please make sure that labels and titles are legible. Figure captions should be in italics and positioned under the figure.

 Please make sure that your document is virus free.
