Help g Autosave recovery session

Every 5 minutes Spectrum Viewer saves a recovery session to its application data folder. This enables SV to recover a recent state in case the computer crashes.

With this command you can choose a different time interval, or disable autosave completely.

Disabling autosave might be useful when you are working with very large data files or when you are running SV from a USB stick in portable mode.
